Nifty Fifties Day!

Woo Hoo! We reached the 50th day of school, so what better way to celebrate than to have a 50's party!!! The students bunny hopped their way into a fun filled day back into the 50's. We listened to 50's music, danced to the twist, completed math problems all dealing with the number 50! 

Thanksgiving Brunch with Mrs. Monsu's Class

Today, we had our Thanksgiving Brunch with Mrs. Monsu's class. We had tons of yummy food, and got to spend time with some of our friends! Here are some pictures of our yummy feast! 

Happy Halloween

Whew! A post finally! I have been MIA lately with my posts, and I am so sorry! The month of November has been crazy! Here are some pictures from our Halloween Fun! 

Trip to the Pumpkin Patch

We ended our week with a field trip to Duffields Farm. The students enjoyed a hayride into the Pumpkin Patch so they could pick their pumpkins. We also got to see all the farm animals, and play in the big haystacks. Here are some pictures of us having some fun! 

                                        

Apple Day!

 Here are the students listening to Dr. Suess's book called Ten apples up on Top!

After we watched the story…the students had to come up with 10 different ways to create math facts that equaled the number 10!!! (For 10 apples up on top) They did such an awesome job with it, and here is the finished project~

Here is our finished apple pie from yesterday!!! We couldn't wait to eat it! It looks so Yummy! 

 The students had to taste test 4 different kinds of apples to find which one they liked the best! We tasted Granny Smiths, Red Delicious, Honey Crisp, and Pink Ladies!
